You can enter the giveaway starting at the top of the hour when the stream begins. The giveaway entry form is only open for the first 45 minutes of each livestream. Winners will be announced at the end of each stream once randomly selected by ViralSweep. If are you selected as a gift card winner, an e-gift card will be sent out to the email which was used for the entry. Please allow up to 2 hours after the announcement to receive your gift card via email. If you are selected as the winner of a physical prize that requires shipping, a member of our team will reach out via email for your shipping address. Prizes will be shipped within 2-8 weeks of the event.

Giveaways will be announced at the end of each stream. Most streams will have multiple giveaways with multiple chances to win. Stay tuned throughout the day and you could be chosen as a winner. We have installment options up to 36 months as well as split payment options, which allows you to break your total into four equal payments over time.

Currently we are expecting all INSPIRE orders to ship within 4-6 weeks. All orders will be filled in the order which they were received. It is always our goal to get your aquarium shipped and to your home as quickly as possible.

The sale price is only available during the sale -- No promotional pricing or discounts will be honored once the sale has ended, or on orders purchased prior to the start of the sale.

If you have an order that has not yet shipped, you may contact our Customer Success team to cancel your order and then repurchase during the sale period. However, cancellation of your order will cause you to lose your place in the queue. Due to extremely high order volume during INSPIRE, lead times may be up to 6 weeks out. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped in the order in which they were received.
